This Privacy Policy explains how RadoAI Solutions L.L.C-FZ, operating under the brand name Funnelado ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit funnelado.com (the "Website") or communicate with us. We act as the data controller for the processing described in this Policy.

We process personal data in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL") and its Executive Regulations. Where we offer our services to individuals located in the European Union or the European Economic Area, we also apply the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

2. What data we collect and why

a) Contact and quote forms

When you submit a form on the Website (contact form, quote request or "let's talk" message), we collect the data you provide: your name, email address, the package you are interested in, and the content of your message (which may include a phone number or other details you choose to share).

Purpose: to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote or demo, and communicate about a potential or ongoing project.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and performance of a contract (PDPL Art. 4; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

b) WhatsApp communication

If you contact us via WhatsApp, we process your phone number, profile name and the content of our conversation using WhatsApp Business, a service provided by Meta. WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy also apply to that communication.

Purpose: direct communication about our services and your project.
Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and contract performance, or our legitimate interest in business communication.

c) Client project data

If you become a client, we additionally process data needed to deliver the project: billing details, materials you provide (texts, images, logos), and account or access information required to set up your website, domain and related services.

Purpose: delivering the contracted services, invoicing and record-keeping.
Legal basis: performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations (accounting and commercial records).

d) Website analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Website (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, traffic source). Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in our cookie banner. If you decline, Google Analytics operates without cookies and without identifying you (Google Consent Mode).

Purpose: measuring and improving the Website.
Legal basis: your consent (PDPL Art. 4; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.

e) Technical data and hosting

Our hosting provider automatically processes technical data necessary to deliver the Website securely (IP address, request logs). The background video in the header is delivered from a content delivery network (Cloudinary), which technically processes your IP address to serve the file.

Purpose: operating the Website securely and reliably.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, functional website.

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers (processors) that help us operate, under their respective data-processing terms:

4. International transfers

We are based in the UAE, and the providers listed above may process data outside the UAE and outside the EEA (notably in the United States). Where the GDPR applies, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework certifications of the providers. Where the PDPL applies, transfers are made in accordance with its cross-border transfer provisions.

Our services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
