Every project (Online Presence, Lead Machine, Sales System) includes one month of care matching your project tier, free of charge. Seven days before it ends, I'll email you with two options: continue with a monthly plan, or take over the site yourself. No auto-charges, no surprises.

Definitions

What counts as a "small edit"?

Clarity matters. Here's exactly what's included in your monthly edits — and what's quoted separately.

Swapping a photo or logo
Updating phone number, email or WhatsApp link
Changing a CTA button text or destination

The fine print

Common rules.

Honest, transparent terms — same for everyone.

01 Unused hours don't roll over. Each month starts fresh. If you don't use your hour in Standard or your two hours in Premium, they expire — that's how the plans stay affordable.

02 Work above the limit costs 350 AED per extra hour. If you need more in one month, just ask — I'll quote it before starting.

03 No care plan? No problem. Clients without a plan can request work at 350 AED/hour, minimum 1 hour. Care plan clients always get priority.

04 Annual payment = 2 months free. Pay for 10 months, get 12. Better than a 10% discount, simpler too.

05 Payment via Stripe or bank transfer. Monthly auto-renewal on card, or annual one-time payment. Cancel anytime.

06 High-volume blogs (15+ posts/month) are quoted individually due to deploy and bandwidth costs.

Questions

Things people ask.

Yes. Monthly plans cancel with one month notice — you keep care until the end of your paid period. Annual plans don't refund unused months, but you can downgrade to monthly at the renewal date.

Email me — I'll respond as fast as I can, but care plan clients are prioritized. Without a plan, work is billed at 350 AED/hour with a 1-hour minimum.

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time — the new rate applies from the next billing cycle. No fees, no questions.

No problem. Your free first month matches your project tier (e.g. Sales System gets Premium Care free), but after that you can choose any plan — Basic, Standard, or Premium — based on what you actually need.

I monitor uptime and react if something goes down, but I don't sign SLAs. Sites built on Funnelado typically run 99.9%+ uptime, and I've never had a client experience extended downtime.

Your domain stays in your name — always. The site files are yours; I provide the source code and a handover guide so you (or a future developer) can host it anywhere. No lock-in.
